How do you like the Centaur Ergos performance wise? I've always ridden Chorus and Record and loved both. I have a set of the older Centaur carbons on my rain bike and like them, however, I don't like the limited ability to dump gears like both Chorus and Record.

Have you ridden Chorus or Record and if so how do like the new Centaurs in comparison? Seems to me they could be the "smart" way to do a new Record or Chorus 10speed build.

Beautiful build by the way. I used to live not far from the Parlee shop In Peabody Mass. when I lived on the North Shore of Boston.
