Considering how good the Chinese are at knocking off high-end name-brand products, I'm surprised they haven't started selling bootleg Campy parts.
I wonder if Campy itself isn't selling Chinese made parts under it's own brand name. I wouldn't be surprised if many of their carbon parts are Chinese made. I know many famous name "Italian" carbon frames are Asian, and usually China, sourced.
