However I've got a bike that has 27.2 mm stem. In order to swap the Thudbuster between bikes I bought the 27.2 and asked for a shim. They sell all manner of shim sizes for the Thudbuster for I think $7.50.
I expected to be charged $7.50 for the shim but they included it free with my order.
This is my third Thudbuster and I'm thinking 4.
