Unfortunately, you are probably too late for the spring collegiate season already, at least with quite a few firms. Getting proofs everyone likes, sponsors logos and sizing kits takes time. Lots of it, as I found the hard way this year. We are using Team Sales Cycling as agents for Santini. We'll take delivery soon. They have been very good through the process.
