Yeah, that looks like a pretty standard SST sort of ride. Good for developing threshold power (power at LTHR).
My build phase looks pretty much like that, five days of that kind of ride. I add two 20 minute commutes at just a little higher intensity, per day.
Last week I started adding VO2Max intervals as well (1x/week). Those rides end up being a bit lower average intensity, but a lot more variable. I did hill repeats today, and I'm REALLY ready for my weekend off now. I'll do one more teardown on the commute home, then let everything come back until Monday.
