I have a Campagnolo freewheel remover, it looks like http://www.cafedevelo.com/index.php?...&productId=103 but the handle has got separated from the actual remover and it appears the remover section has been lost while I was cleaning up after a flood. I'd like to buy the replacement remover, without buying the whole tool. Any ideas where I could buy one of those, preferably without the handle (that I've already got)?

Don't suggest one of the aftermarket tools such as http://www.bicycletool.com/campagnol...elremover.aspx I've already got one of those and just want to get the proper Campagnolo tool working again.
