I know there is one on I-90 and it seems like no matter what direction your riding across it, you always have a head wind....
It's runs along the N. side of the highway and joins up at various mountain bike and street trails.
You can get a map for this trail and others from the cascade.org. Many of the mt bike trails are hidden tho
