Now...granted, this testing wasn't done with tubulars, but there's nothing about the construction or mounting of tubulars vs. these Vittoria "open tubulars" that would change the results to any appreciable degree.
edit: Oops...I just realized you may have been referring to my conclusion about running higher pressures to protect a carbon rim. If that's the case, never mind about the above...that conclusion is based on personal experience (including a smashed rim sitting in my garage right now) and past discussion of this with a Zipp engineer.
