Driver bent my front wheel, what to replace with?

A driver failed to look anywhere but straight ahead when coming out of a driveway, and although I escaped injury, my front wheel had no such luck. The driver offered to pay for a replacement, and I'm not sure how much to ask for.

My current ride had a pretty standard wheelset: (taken off of bikepedia)
Hubs: Specialized QR
Rims: Alex AT-400, 28-hole/32-hole
Tires: 700 x 23c Michelin Speedium 2 Tire
Spoke Brand: Specialized stainless steel, 14ga. (2.0mm) straight gauge
Spoke Nipples: Brass nipples

I ride a Giant OCR3, so I'm not looking for some fancy replacement. I don't want to build my own wheel by buying a rim, tires, spokes, etc; I just want a simple pay and get a front wheel. What should I look for as a replacement so I know how much to ask for from the offending driver?
