Just picked this bike up, slightly used from my LBS. The manager of the shop is a good friend of mine and gave it to me for $1300... Pretty sure that's a good deal? This is my first "modern" roadie. I realized my initial bike I purchased, a pristine 83 Peugeot PSV-10 (for sale, btw. Whisper me) wasn't going to work. The Tarmac is spotless and if it weren't for a little road grime in the hard to reach areas I would've never guess it'd been ridden. It weighed in at 18.2 with the test ride pedals on it, but I also managed to score a great deal on a pair of Look KeO Carbon Ti's which took the weight to 17.7... Anywaysssss, does anyone or has anyone at some point owned this bike? What did you think? It's a 56 btw...
