Yea, I'm training with some KOM riders. I'm going to start with the 'Bear' in June and work up from there.
Meantime, I'm looking for <100milers that are like San Bruno - dash for cash & schwag..have fun, get pulverized in under an hour.
From what I've seen around OC, Pacific Island Drive would be ideal for an official/unofficial race. Not much traffic and some space to park and set-up.
Fargo looks crazy enuf....will check that out.
