Its a 23 year old steel bike. But before you think its a boat anchor, it was a custom built Columbus SL Davidson. At the time it was considered very light. It has a mix of components, Campy, Zeus, Modolo, and it has fairly new Velomax Tempest wheels.

I was extremely impressed with the ride of the Giant, but maybe as you say, the old bike is so far behind the times anything new would feel good.
