I would submit the EVERY one of Bayless's column's are the same. He always takes a contrarian position, and frankly I have no clue what the guy really beleives in since in so many of his columns he contradicts his own self over time. Bayless is a media tool- if you dont beleive it, watch Cold Pizza some monring when he and the Woody fella are barking back and forth on whatever inane subject is on the plate that moring.

I dont know if Armstrong really is athelete of the year, or if he even deserves the tag of cyclist of the year (like VeloNews bestowed on him). I do know that all sports require different sklills, and ball sports are no more or less diffcult than other physical sports- just different activities requiring different skillsets. Its like saying oranges are "better" than apples. .
