I was thinking of taking photos of a large and small rider, both in same tuck or upright position riding next to each other. Then print it out on heavy photo stock. Cut the riders out of the photo and weigh on precision scale.
Or do the trimming in Photoshop and have two outlines, but I'm not sure how I would measure the surface-area inside an outline in Photoshop.
Trim around the person in Photoshop and count the pixels in the picture.
Or you can estimate using graph paper. Print the photos on graph paper and count the squares.
