I honestly would at least ho pon the bigger Kuota to give it a shot. Kuota (Italian company), is known for a much higher quality frameset than Giant. They are known for being one of the Elites, along with Look, Time, Orbea Orca, Colnago, etc.

Besides, from the articles I read on PEZ cycling website, I think Kuotas are rated a little lighter, and stiffer. Plus, they look really cool. Poser points.
