As for the breathing part. have you tried abdominal breathing, I often find chest breathing a bit restricted.

Yeah a 46cm bar measurd end-to-end is really only something like a 44cm bar measured c-t-c.
Deda I know measures end to end so their 46cm bars are really like 44cm
lol......with those 40cm bars all I could do was abdominal breathe.....suffocation on a bike. 46cm you can take deeper breaths easier.
