First of all, sbeatonNJ does not strike me as racist. IMO, he is attempting to get input on a situation he obviously feels uncomfortable about. Just sharing the experience and asking for opinions indicates to me that he is being somewhat sensitive on how to approach this. Flying off half-cocked and throwing around terms like racial profiling and assumptions of behavior he has not indicated he has even participated in is not fair and shows a decded lack of sensitivity to his dilemma. He asked a honest question and while he received many good and honest answers, he also ended up being labeled something his original post does not support.
