Sandals, I know you are a big promoter of them. I've toyed with the idea but never like the price of them and think you are going to be cold in the dead of winter. Did you ride this morning and were your feet warm? Maybe w/ sealskinz under them.
I was on a motorcycle site and they have these boots covers.

If it keeps motorcyclist happy then it's gotta keep bicyclists dry...hopefully. While not as stylish as grocery bags I can wear my regular commuting shoes under them. I commute on flats so clips not a problem.
