Sunday - 2 x 20' @ 91%, 1 x 20' @ 88%
Monday - Weights

followed by 2 x 25' @ 90%
Tuesday - 2 x 20 @ 91%
Wednesday - Weights

followed by 2 x 25' @ 90%
Thursday - 1 x 30' @ 90%, 1 x 20' @ 90%
TSS averaged just 84/day.

My peak ATL last summer was 162 with a peak CTL of 125.
Oh, and I have decide to include one of these

whenever weights are mentioned in the context of cycling training.
