Yeah, most of my weeks are coming out between 1000 and 1100. The week ending 12/21 was 960 TSS in 16hrs. This has been a high intensity week and I am currently sitting at 470 in 6 hrs.
Hmm. This made me curious. Last season I rode 453.75 hrs and had 30305 TSS in total, or 66.8 TSS for each hour on the bike. CTL for the 365 days was 83. My average IF was .818 and my average power was 71.6% FTP.
My biggest week was 1282 TSS in 19 hrs, which is right on my season's average. Only rode ~40 hrs from mid-October to the end of the year, resulting in CTL bottoming-out at 35. I'm up to 40 now, though
