Yeah Richard, clipless spd type. Came on the bike, Ritchie I believe!
I tried Shimano 520's on my MTB last year but it was a disaster, on technical sections I could not unclip fast enough and I fell a few times and if I stopped on an uphill it was impossible for me to get restarted. But I've gotten a lot of experience on my road bike since then and maybe I could handle clipless on my MTB. Tomorrow I wanna ride some fire roads and trails so I'll try the clipless again...
