I would go Kuota or Orbea.

"Orbea Orca" because of the coolest paint job, especially the blue or silver models. But, they are a Spanish bike. Not that it REALLY matters. But, Italian would give you some poser points in the club.

"Kuota Khan or Kredo" because it is an Italian bike, and Pez gave it a great review. The guy who tested it was truly impressed. Also, if it was a Kuota (Italian), it would be a sin not to dress it out with a Campy Record or Chorus group. Either one in carbon of course.
