So im thinking of going 50-46-30 with a 14-32 6 speed ird freewheel, which means i just have to not cross chain when im in the granny... fortunately that's not an issue since those gears would be redundant anyway... now i just gotta find the rings! hope mike at bicycle specialties still has em!
