There aren't any (that I know of), actually. The only ISO taper track crank I know of is the Sugino 75. Why do you need a ISO crank, when it makes more sense and is much cheaper to replace the ISO BB with a JIS one? Assuming the threading on the frame is English, a cheapo Shimano BB is $20 or so.
