No riding today, although it did break 20. Lots of snow & ice everywhere.
But went to the bike swap meet. Lots of fun. There were some very good deals there on bikes & frames. Saw a Gunnar Rock Hound frame for $500, Bridgestone RB-1 for $200, and many other steel frames.
I picked up a Louis Garneau bike helmet for my wife, a Pitbull U-bolt lock for my daughter, a new pair of Sun Ringle ZuZu spiked platform pedals, 2 water bottles, a Tektro front & back brake set, a coil-spring saddle for my wife, two bottles of Bullfrog sunscreen, and a slightly used pair of Cane Creek ergo bar ends for a grand total of $71.
From an on-line discounter, the pedals and helmet would normally cost about $80.
I couldn't believe how many people were at the swap meet. Much bigger crowd that the last two. Several hundred shoppers while I was there.
