I've never understood why people make such a big deal specifically about a 16T..
I think it's one of those things that you don't miss until you've had it. I personally like the 18T better than a 16. Most cassettes have a 16T, 11-23, 12-25, even 12-27. The only ones that don't are like 11-26, and 11-28 cassettes from SRAM. It's harder to get an 18T.... 12-23, 11-21, or go 11 speed with the new Campy
