I grew up in a town founded in 1638 and they have MUPs. ATBMAN lives in a town founded in 1207 and they have MUPs from the sound of it.
Someone's being doing their research - I didn't even know that.
As for MUPs, none at all, tho' there is the Spen Valley Greenway a few miles away and the York-Selby cycle path in the other direction.
