Yes, "For AGC250" means Aero Gran Compe part #250 (the lever) I also have a pair so I know they really exist but I'm not sure how common they are. A cursory search makes it seem like yellow jersey might have them, even if their prices were more reasonable I find their website too atrocious to navigate.
