Maybe next year anyone setting up a vendors table could post to the site here in advance so more of us could go in together on stuff to sell/swap/trade/buy. Do they limit how many people can come in associated with each table?
I was not the organizer of our table, but here's what I know: It's $50 for a vendor table. Vendors register in advance and they are sent a vendor packet which we were told would have two vendor admission wristbands. Ours had 3, and I don't know if that was intentional or not.
Vendors get to load in early - I was told 8:30am, but load-in was already in progress when I got there at 8:15.
More friends can pitch in at a vendor table, but I think they would need to enter with the general public, paying parking and admission fees ($5 and $7) and getting in when the doors open at 9:30am.
