Looking for a steel touring bike with a 62cm seat tube + and 59cm+ top tube. I only need frame/fork, but would consider a complete bike as well. Needs to be able to take 700c wheels, canti mounts, and full rack/fender mounts as well. Also, needs to have semi-horizontal dropouts. I have a build in mind and finding the frame/fork will be the toughest part.
