Nope, I don't want one of those horns. I didn't like them the first time I ever saw something like that in the early 70's. If a bell doesn't do it, it's time to hit the brakes. Heck, it's time to be on the brakes if yuour thinking about hitting the bell. Still, a ding from a bell, appropriately far in advance, can help.
