I'm a complete scatterbrain (well not entirely)

Have:

(Trade pending) Cinelli silver 1-R stem, 115 mm, good condition, some light scratches, but am pretty certain almost all would polish out.

Cinelli Campion del mundo handlebars, 66-40 - have some pretty severe scratches on the left portion of the collar, but otherwise very nice - no grooves for cabling.

Want:

Black alloy handlebars, 26.4 diameter, single groove, from 38-42 width would work nicely.
