Shimano standard SPD's you can never lose with. I use those on the mountain bike and cyclecross bike. But for my road bike the Shimano Ultegra with the outer cleats rock for long rides. I hate the SPD's now when I ride a long ride on my Kona Major Jake with the SPD's...but for quickie 25 miles or less they are fine.
