I have a black 1989 Ironman GPX. I don't know anything about the REI bike, but I love my Centurion. The Suntour components work flawlessly. I bought it on Ebay 2 years ago for $125 plus $70 in shipping. $350 seems a little high. Personally, I would offer them $250 and settle for $300, if it is in very good shape.
