I'll ride a pink bike, but I won't wear a pink jersey - that is for sure. TI-Raleigh, now...there's a different story.
Campagnolo-pattern Kool-Stop pads should do the trick.
On a side note, I'm positive that I've found a fork crown match (I still don't know what this thing is):

Not that I'm suggesting that this is a PX-10 - the threading is English - but the crowns might just be a link. I'm not sure if this is a Nervex crown or not though (and I've seen it on the stock PX-10's with a Nervex Pro main lugset) - Miamijim might be able to answer that.
