Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

Now for the voice of cynicism: Having spent the money and effort to install ceramic bearings, how much do you think they will gain for you? How many watts and grams will they save?
