I don't know about your Seattle side, but the bridge and 118th are pretty well lit. Get some good reflective gear, though, so the cars behind on 118th are sure to see you. The road is pretty good and fairly wide, but people tend to go a little fast down it. Most do slow down at the bike lane crossing (if you follow the bike lane on the other side of the crosswalk, you end up at Factoria Square.
