Not looking to spend over $400.
The cheaper the better, but i want a good quality frame as well.
I am looking for a lugged steel track frame that is lightish blue.
Also looking for a chrome fork to fit on the frame.
I have been looking all over ebay and craigslist to find something like this. (i can buy frame and fork seperately) and i have not found a thing.
Please tell me a good site to check out or local shops that are good (i live in the bay area california (near sf))
