Your pit to finger tip seems really short. Did you measure with your arm hanging down or out like you're arms are on the bars? I'm only 6'0" (33.5 pbh) and my arm is a little over 31" (2+ inches more than your measurement). I ride a 57cm top tube bike and find it comfortable with standard stem. I haven't ridden a LHT but I test rode a cross check in size 56cm and found it about right for me.
