So I've got winter break coming in late February and rather that sit in the Northeast and freeze my bits off riding outdoors or sweat my bits off riding indoors I've managed to talk my girlfriend into a vacation down South. The question is where? Requirements are rural riding but close to some form of civilization so I'm not just holed up in one hotel room when I'm not training.

Figure somewhere in NC/SC/GA and maybe north Florida though that's stretching it.
