it is far too rural out here for that to ever happen.
when I have ridden in areas where that does happen, I don't like strangers drafting me. I will try to talk to them, and if they don't, then I either attempt to get away from them or just slow down and let it become obvious that I only ride with people who are friendly. If I catch up to someone who is near my speed I will say hello and ride alongside them and ask if they are interested in riding together.
