Great idea! I think it will be cool to see everyones evolutions of their projects.

Here's mine the day I bought it from a friend, bone stock 2008 Langster, got it early October 2008



Then I got my first real upgrades. Omniums, new chain, MKS sylvans w/ MKS clips, removed brakes and re-wrapped bars. Everything else still stock. This was early December 2008



Now, I've put on some brown Velocity Deep-Vs (which I got for an absurdly good price!), some better rubber (Vittoria Rubino Pro) a Thomson Elite X4 stem (gift from a friend, but I kind of think a black one would look better) and a much more comfortable saddle (SQ-Labs 611). This is as of January 2009



However there are a couple small things to note that arent on my bike just yet. I am ditching the bars and picked up some RaceFace Deus XC low-rise bars from a friend and I'm trimming them down, I also snagged some Ourys in khaki brown , and, much to the dismay of some people I am going to be re-mounting a front brake because I was in a car accident on this bike on Christmas Eve and I'm a bit shaken up about riding fast with no brakes now. I guess it only takes 1 hit..
