I'm rather fortunate. I live and work in downtown Toronto where there are many, many cyclists and we have about 150-200 that park their bikes on premises during peak-season. Fortunately, the company has provided us with a locked, secure cage that holds about 30 bikes (could hold more if they had better racks) as well as a roofed, but not caged area that can store about 100 bikes. There are two smaller areas that are neither roofed, nor caged. The fact they provide for cyclists at all is commendable considering that in a city with approx 900,000 cyclists (250,000 year-round) most companies neglect cyclists altogether.
