Missing bb spindle, and looks like only one of the two cups are there. Seat post and handlebar stem are odd sized as well. Those parts are not included. Not sure if the headset is odd sized as well.

To the OP: I certainly wouldnt be looking at that for what you have in mind. Look for something 80's-ish with all BSA threading.
