Fashion statements aren't always visible to everyone or even anyone, except perhaps in ads. These straps are usually worn under something, too.
you are crazy, women wear fancy bras because they make them feel sexy, my bibs make me feel like the dorkiest n00b on earth until i put the jersey over them and forget they're there, bibs are the biggest fashion compromise i have ever made in my life, nothing other than efficiency could make me put these things on every day
