Last week 356.4 on the digital scales at Pro Health Fitness Center located on the campus of Mobile Infirmary Medical Center. When I went to weigh in this morning I discovered that the Senior Bowl guys had borrowed them to weigh in the players. I had to weigh in on the digital scales in the diagnostic lab. The readout this morning was 346. I don't think I lost 10.4 pounds in a week, so when the other scales get back I'll weigh again. All and all I had a good week. I increased my biking distance, controlled my intake better, and am feeling great after 3 weeks on the bike. I'm looking for something to do before work in the mornings (I like to ride in the afternoon). My wife suggests that I swim laps before work. I am going to try to get in 4-5 mornings of swimming this week.
Confirmed weight at 346 today. I went for my first swim this morning. So far so good. I'm planning to join a weight watchers group Friday.
