Centurion frame, need information

Hi, new to the site.

I recently stumbled across an old bike frame lying against the fence in a carpark at Lidcombe.
I drove past it and decided to turn back and pick it up.
Glade I did because from what information I can find on it, it appears to be a Japanese made Centurion "All Purpose Bike" from the stickers.
I had a quick look online but can't find too much on these bikes.

Can anyone tell me some more about this frame?
Frame number is L4*51133, can't make out the 3rd digit. See picture attached.

I've begun stripping the forks off it and will take the bottom bracket off when I get some tools tomorrow. I've only ever restored a BMX or two back in my teens so I'll see how it turns out.
I've a got a few ideas on the finished product, just going to price it up and see how it stacks up. Can't spend a fortune because I've got other projects on the back burner that need to be finished off. This has just popped up which is a welcome distraction.
