Based on last night intervals:
3:40 | 361 watts
3:26 | 369 watts
3:16 | 375 watts
3:00 | 380 watts
3:30 | 365 watts
Would it be more beneficial to aim for the same wattages and start extending the intervals until I hit 5 minutes each, or keep going for more power and keep duration the same? Maybe alternate each week?
