under control. I have swapped out/replaced a good number forks Thanks though. I may do a small tutorial to post on my blog if I end up taking this route. Converting a bike from threaded to threadless is a good thing for folks to know how to do, especially with the lack of availability of threaded.

I have given myself until 10am tomorrow morning (when I start work) to find a suitable threaded fork. if not, I move onto threadless.

Just found the stem I need. 1" x 26mm x 70mm Ritchey. Sitting in the drawer. Now I just need the fork and headset and some spacers and I'm ready to rock!
