#1: The graphic under MUP > "Signal To Others" shows the cyclist passing a wrong-way skater, on the skater's left no less.
#2: The graphic under "On Street Biking" > "Obey Traffic Regulations" shows a potential left-hook situation contradicting the logic shown immidiately below it (under "Be Careful At Intersections").
